Your School

Every resident of the Warren County School District has the right to participate in the democratic process of the school district. The Board of School Directors cordially invites you to attend Board meetings and to take an active role in the educational affairs of this community.

The decisions made by the Board affect every student, tax rates, the well being of the local communities and the county as a whole.

There are many ways for you to participate in the process:
   · Stay informed and interested in your schools
   · Appear before the Board to express your views
   · Correspond with the Board members
   · Elect the most qualified Board members
   · Participate in local parent-teacher units and on educational committees of various organizations
when possible and stay in touch with building principals and the district Superintendent about
matters that concern you and your children.

ElectronicSchoolBoard is the software used by the Warren County School District to conduct paperless Board and Committee meetings. The information available to the public can be accessed by going to www.wcsdpa.org, selecting 'Board Information and Policies', selecting 'Agendas', and then selecting the date on the Calendar. The agendas are available up to five days prior to the scheduled meeting date.

The information being projected during a meeting is intended to allow the public to view the agenda and see which documents are available on the website. The specific attachments and documents that may be projected are not designed to be viewed for content at a meeting. The public can access most Board and committee documents through ElectronicSchoolBoard where they will remain for future reference. For legal reasons, some documents may not be viewed by the public...
